Turkey needs to be better connected to the international “State of the Art” in Plant Safety, Workplace Safety and Explosion Protection. National legislation has addressed the applicable EU Regulation properly. E.g. the following EU Directives are transferred to Turkish laws:

ATEX Directives
94/9/EC resp. 2014/34/EU (internal market for Ex products)
1999/92/EC (minimum requirements for safety and health of workers at the risk of explosive atmospheres)

Therefore the basis for further implementation in the daily practice in Turkish industry is given. Ex Proof Danisma Türkiye wants to assist companies in their efforts to comply with the legal requirements in order to avoid conflicts with authorities and keep industry on the safe side.
